CFDA Number: 84.186C PROGRAM DESCRIPTION The program provides support for activities designed to prevent drug use and violence among Native Hawaiian youths. TYPES OF PROJECTS Projects must be implemented by eligible organization primarily serving and representing Native Hawaiians, for the benefit of Native Hawaiians, to plan, conduct, and administer programs that prevent or reduce violence, the use, possession and distribution or illegal drugs, or delinquency. Additional Information The purpose of this program is to make financial assistance available to organizations primarily serving and representing Native Hawaiians to plan, conduct, and administer programs designed for the benefit of Native Hawaiians.
