General Return Policy

We hope that you enjoy your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not pleased with your order, please follow the instructions included in your package for an exchange or refund.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately. Our fulfillment office must file a report with FedEx within 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order. In addition, it is important that all packaging be saved so that FedEx can determine how the damage occurred. When you contact us, you may request an exchange or refund.

Normally, a credit for shipping charges is only given when an item is received in damaged condition or if the item received is incorrect.

Multimedia Return Policy

Damaged or defective computer software, CDs, DVDs, CD-ROMs, audio books and other multimedia products can be exchanged for the identical item with the original receipt but cannot be returned for a refund.

New unopened computer software, CDs, DVDs, CD-ROMs, audio books and other multimedia products in its original plastic wrap may be returned with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
