Starting summer 2012, the content on DNA.gov is being migrated to NIJ.gov as part of a government-wide effort to reduce costs and avoid duplication.
The National Institute of Justice created and has managed DNA.gov since 2002 and will continue to do so. The highly popular online trainings will continue to be available. NIJ serves the criminal justice community by providing information on the use and advancement of forensic DNA.
The migration to NIJ.gov is expected to be completed by winter 2012.
