I. Blue Ribbon Panel on Conflict of Interest Report
Dr. Zerhouni and Dr. Skirboll summarized the Report's recommendations, which had been presented to the Advisory Committee to the Director (ACD) on the previous day. A number of IC Directors attended the ACD meeting. The IC Directors discussed the recommendations, agreeing that they will be important to NIH's decision-making regarding the Agency's efforts to improve the policies and procedures by which it governs conflict of interest.
