Join The Heart Truth® Today!

The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute continues to lead the nation in this landmark heart health awareness movement that is being embraced by millions. Although significant progress has been made in increasing awareness among women about their #1 killer, most women fail to make the connection between risk factors and their personal risk for developing heart disease.

We need your help to remind women of The Heart Truth® and inspire them to take action to protect their heart health. Taking action requires the efforts of many groups and individuals, and your involvement is key to delivering the message in your community. Make an impact on the leading killer of American women by using some of the suggested event ideas, event support tools, or campaign materials to plan your own activity or event. Be sure to check out what may already be happening in your community by contacting our partners–then, Get Active!
