CORDOVA WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS, INC. PETITION FOR

WAIVER OF UNIVERSAL SERVICE RULES

On October 11, 2012, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau released a Public Notice, DA 12-
1627, in the above captioned proceeding. This Erratum corrects the comment date to read as “November
13, 2012,” and the reply comment date to read as “November 28, 2012.”
