Education Department Awards $12.3 Million to Strengthen Educational Opportunities at Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian-Serving Institutions

Today, the U.S. Department of Education announced the award of $12.3 million to strengthen and expand educational opportunities for Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian students. These two-year grants are being awarded to 11 campuses in Hawaii and Alaska to improve their academic quality, instruction and facilities.
