Now Accepting Applications for the ISBER 2013 Travel Award

Application Deadline EXTENDED: November 1, 2012

The ISBER Travel Award provides travel support for individuals from emerging countries to attend the ISBER 2013 Annual Meeting in Sydney, Australia from May 5-9, 2013. The award is for individuals who are either planning or currently managing a repository. ISBER is currently accepting applications for this award.

ISBER Self-Assessment Tool (SAT) for ISBER Best Practices -- Latest Version Available to Members and Non-Members!
ISBER E&T Committee has created this Self-Assessment Tool (SAT) to assist repository operators in determining how well their repository follows the ISBER Best Practices for Repositories. The assessment is confidential and aimed at helping specimen collection centers strengthen their practices through the identification of areas in need of improvement. The latest version of the SAT is based on the ISBER Best Practices Third Edition.
