What's New

The Charter Schools Program has received applications for the 2012 Replication and Expansion grants competition. The last day to submit an application was May 7, 2012. Program Description

Under the Replication and Expansion for High-Quality Charter Schools competition, CSP awards money to non-profit charter management organizations that have demonstrated success, including improved academic achievement.

Grant money may be used to expand enrollment of one or more existing charter schools, or to open one or more new charter schools based on the model for which the eligible applicant has presented evidence of success.
