Exports and Export Certificates

FDA’s Office of International Programs serves as the agency focal point for interpretation and implementation of the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) that govern exports of unapproved, adulterated, or misbranded products and the FD&C Act provisions relating to the issuance of export certificates.
