The OCC published Bulletin OCC 2012-32, "Appraisals for Higher-Risk Mortgage Loans: Notice of Proposed Rulemaking," announcing an interagency notice of proposed rulemaking that would implement new appraisal requirements for higher-risk mortgage loans under the Truth in Lending Act.
