Request for Quotations: E66912X – Topic Modeling
DESCRIPTION
The National Science Foundation is soliciting quotations to contract for topic modeling of NSF proposals. A Statement of Work describing our requirement follows.
Terms and conditions will be negotiated with the selected vendor. Award will be made to the firm whose quote is determined to offer the best value to the National Science Foundation (NSF). In addition to price, NSF will consider the resumes of proposed staff.
Firms interested in this requirement are requested to submit a quote (with pricing for the effort) and a brief capability statement (to include resumes of proposed staff).
