DESCRIPTION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation/synopsis reference number is E7904A is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58B. Contractors shall submit a unit price and a total price for the item included in this acquisition. Pricing shall be FOB destination. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

1. QTY 4- Double Poster Display Stand with Qty 6- 18' x 24' Frames per double stand for a total of Qty 24- 18' x 24' Easy Access Acrylic Frames.

Double Stand Dimensions: Not to exceed 5' wide x 1' deep x 7' high

Qty 4- Triple Poster Display Stand with Qty 9 to 12- 12' x 18' Frames possible per triple stand for a total of Qty 48- 12' x 18' Easy Access Acrylic Frames and Qty 12 - 8½' x 11' Pocket

Triple Stand Dimensions Not to exceed 5'-2' deep x 7' high

Note: Vendors are to submit delivery time with their quote of no later than four weeks after receipt of order.

FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial

FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items Evaluation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation. The government will award on the basis of lowest price/technically acceptable.
