PSC provides management of the GO!card™ transit subsidy benefit program, which allows its federal agency customers to provide monthly commuter benefits for their employees without extensive management and resource commitment. Transit benefits can be provided for mass transit, Bike2Work, and/or parking.
GO!card is an innovative way for federal employees to receive monthly transit subsidy benefits. It's The Green Option Commuter Card™ — available only to PSC GO!card transit benefit customers. The cardholder is permitted to purchase transit passes, vouchers, or other fare media (transit media) for subway, bus, train, and/or ferry service directly from transit vendors. The approved subsidy amount is applied to the cardholder account each month.

- Processing of transit subsidy applications
- Purchase and distribution of media (voucher or GO!card)
- Tracking and reporting
- Annual recertification of participant eligibility
- Policy development and oversight
- Employee communication and training

Performance:
95% of eligible new enrollees will have access to benefits within 10 business days of application receipt.
Rate:
7.9% of media value plus applicable fees
