As soon as your account is established, the TSP will mail you an 8-digit Web password to use with your beneficiary participant account number when you log into the My Account section of the TSP website.
You can change your password at any time on the website but you must first enter your beneficiary participant account number (or customized user ID) and your existing password.
If you forget your Web password, you can request a new one in the My Account section of the TSP website or by contacting the TSP. A new computer-generated password will be mailed to you.
