The toll-free ThriftLine (1-TSP-YOU-FRST or 1-877-968-3778) is the TSP’s automated telephone service. It has information such as Plan News, share prices, and annuity rates. You can use your beneficiary participant account number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access your account and perform certain transactions. You also have the option to speak with a Participant Service Representative.
