Chief McNeilImmediate Past President Walter McNeil was chosen as the Police Chief for the City of Quincy, February 28, 2011. When appointed by Governor Charlie Crist on February 20, 2008 as the Secretary of the Florida Department of Corrections, Walter McNeil had more than 29 years of law enforcement experience
