Description

The Rural Assistance Center (RAC) serves as a rural health and human services information portal which helps rural communities and other rural stakeholders access the full range of available programs, funding, and research that can enable them to provide quality health and human services to rural residents. Services provided include RAC's web site, electronic mailing lists, and a clearinghouse with customized assistance. RAC's website includes funding opportunities, topic-specific information guides, news and events, publications and maps, experts and organizations, publications and maps, and a success stories database.

RAC Updates- the latest rural news, funding opportunities, publications and events. The Health Update - bi-monthly e-publication with links to resources on rural health issues. The Human Services Update - monthly e-publication with links to resources focused on rural human services. The Rural Monitor Update- a quarterly Rural Monitor newsletter.
