WASHINGTON, May 10, 2012 - Euro Foods, Inc., which also does business as Citterio USA Corp., a Freeland, Pa.

- 7-oz packages of "CITTERIO RUSTICO CHORIZO SPANISH STYLE," containing 24 pieces of chorizo. Each package is marked with an identifying lot number "135," and has an expiration date of "11/30/12."
The product subject to recall bears the establishment number "EST. 4010" inside the USDA mark of inspection. The product was
produced on Nov. 5, 2011, and Feb. 28, 2012, and was distributed to retail establishments and wholesale distributors in Florida, Maryland,

taken to make certain that the product is no longer available to consumers.
Consumers and reporters with questions about the recall should contact the company's Vice President of Sales, Joseph Petruce, at
(570) 636-3171.
