The California Area Indian Health Service offers this Clinical Management section to support health care professionals to learn more about the health care delivery system. 

Behavioral Health Program: read about the support available to eliminate behavioral health diseases and conditions such as substance abuse and mental health issues. 

Dental: learn about ways to fight dental decay and prevent periodontal disease in the American Indian community. 

Diabetes: visit this section for annual diabetes audit instructions; standards of care; CAN-DO updates; and educational resources.

Disaster Preparedness: find ways to prepare for possible disasters in communities; information on sharing; education; networking; and training.

Electronic Health Record (EHR): provides secure access to the most up-to-date patient records and management of treatment activities.

Government Performance & Results Act (GPRA): discover how the California Area continues to work with tribal and urban Indian health programs in California to improve their local GPRA performance through: bulletins; instructions; and statistical data.

Health Promotion Disease Prevention Program (HPDP): fosters healthier lifestyles that lead to the reduction of health disparities in current and future generations of California Indian people by: networking; supporting; and empowering prevention initiatives.

Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA): read how your facility can comply with the requirements of this law through: forms, policies and procedures; updates; answers to frequently asked questions; and training information.

Immunization: provides information about: vaccine preventable diseases; the benefits of immunizations; the risk of disease verses the benefit of immunizations; and other educational resources and materials.

Information Resource Management (IRM): offers RPMS Site Managers and Health Program IT technical staff RPMS support, security and miscellaneous IT resources.
