The Diversity & Inclusion Staff (D&IS) has designed and developed programs for all employees to encourage professional development at all levels, such as a cross-directorate group mentoring initiative, a monthly series of “lunch and learn” workshops, and an array of diversity training to enhance skills necessary to manage and function in a diverse workforce.
