• Community Engagement 
  CRCL engages diverse American communities whose civil rights may be affected by Department activities. We respond to community concerns and provide information about Department programs, activities, and issues.
• Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Training 
  CRCL improves civil rights and civil liberties awareness and compliance through trainings and educational material.
