Scroll down on page and click the big Start Video button to test your local system's compatability. The stream will automatically test in a video player window, just as the broadcast on November 7 will play in a video player as it streams.
Please have your local IT help / support available, as most internet streaming issues are on the local recipient end, and typically are associated with bandwidth or firewall issues.
If you are not able to receive the stream successfully, the broadcast on November 7, 2012 will be recorded, and will be available from the NIC Information Center on DVD and available via download approximately 6 weeks after the broadcast.
