FDA's Center for Veterinary Medicine is adding the social media site Twitter to its communication and outreach program. CVM's main goal for Twitter is to help consumers and stakeholders keep up-to-date on animal health issues, and to address frequently asked questions in a way convenient to them. Messages on Twitter will include press releases, new web postings, and highlights of the web site.
