Reporting Instructions

SF-113 and WYPC

Our Agency has Governmentwide responsibility for the collection and maintenance of accurate information on the Federal workforce.  We define data standards and give instructions to agencies on how to collect, code and edit data to assure accurate, accessible information.  Here you'll find instructions for agency officials responsible for preparing and submitting their agencies' reports on:

  1. The Standard Form-113 Summary Data Reporting System
  2. Work Years and Personnel Costs (WYPC) Survey

Reporting instructions for the Monthly Report of Federal Civilian Employment (SF-113A) and the Monthly Report of Full-time Equivalent/Work-Year Civilian Employment (SF-113G).
