Form 477 Resources for Filers
The system is available for the filing due September 4, 2012. Filers of broadband information must use Year 2010 Census tract codes for this filing.
Who Must File
- Facilities-based providers of broadband
connections to end user locations
- Providers
of wired or fixed wireless local exchange telephone service
- Providers
of interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol (interconnected VoIP)
service (note: including both service retailers and service wholesalers)
- Facilities-based
providers of mobile telephony service
Filing Deadlines: March
1 and September 1
| Note: Revisions of filings that were due September 1, 2011 or earlier will continue to require Year 2000 Census tract codes for the Part VI broadband information in those filings. |
How to File:
- Obtain an
FCC Registration Number (FRN) and password if you do not have them.
Use the update feature to reset password, if necessary.
- File online
using the required web-based system.
