Framework Logic Model

The pubic health framework for growing state arthritis programs includes multiple resources and activities. State and local public health capacity is supported by funding from the state, CDC, and other sources. A central component of state capacity is trained staff and internal and external partnerships which all contribute to the development and implementation of the state plan. Key activities in the state plan pertain to conducting surveillance and implementing evidence based interventions. The evidence based intervention are designed to first achieve immediate events that lead to the eventual achievement of short term and long term program goals. Evaluation supports all activities in the public health framework.
