The American Presidency $1 Coin Cover Series showcases the Presidential $1 Coins. The 2012 Chester Arthur $1 Coin Cover is the 21st issue in the series, which began in 2007. This limited-edition cover – only 22,000 will be produced – features two Chester Arthur $1 Coins from the first day of production at each United States Mint facility – January 11, 2012 (Philadelphia), and December 22, 2011 (Denver). The coins are mounted on a handsome display card inside an envelope with one of the five U.S. 45-cent Weather Vane postage stamps. Additionally, the cover features a portrait of President Arthur, and the postmark of March 13, 2012, Fairfield, VT, marks the day the Chester Arthur $1 Coin Cover was issued by the United States Mint.
