public health alerts issued by FSIS.
The archive contains press releases and notification
reports issued by FSIS in conjunction with recalls of meat and poultry products
from 1996 to the present. The quantity of product recovered is also available (for
recalls since September 2005). Summary tables showing all recalls for a particular year are available for 2005-2011.
