AAGEN Annual Leadership Training Conference

The Asian American Government Executives Network (AAGEN) will hold its Annual Leadership Training Conference on June 9, 2011 in Arlington, Virginia.  The theme of this conference is “Learn from the Best: Strategies for Innovative Leadership”.  The conference is directly related to the education and advancement of Federal executives in light of current changes occurring within the government.

The AAGEN Leadership Training Conference qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41. The conference is open to all Federal employees and will provide training and workshops in areas such as Resume Writing, Interviewing Techniques, Relationship-Building, and Strategic Networking. The conference will also feature guest speakers who hold various leadership roles within the Federal government.

When deciding to participate in the Training Conference, Federal employees are invited to review additional information regarding registration, costs, and agendas at the following website: http://www.aagen.org/.

Agencies are reminded that reporting of training is governed by 5 CFR 410.601.
