Fourth Annual Federal Hispanic Career Advancement Summit

The Fourth Annual Federal Hispanic Career Advancement Summit (FAFHCAS) will be held on September 20th and 21st, 2011 in Bethesda, Maryland. The theme for this summit is “Change, Challenges, and Opportunities,” and the agenda is focused on the development of individual leadership competencies for Federal employees.

FAFHCAS qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41. This event is open to all Federal employees and will provide training and workshops in areas such as Building Coalitions, Executive Coaching, and Strategies for Effective Leadership.
