Federal Asian Pacific American Council (FAPAC’s) Annual National Leadership Training Conference

The Federal Asian Pacific American Council (FAPAC) will hold its 27th Annual National Leadership Conference on April 30 – May 4, 2012, at the Hyatt Buckhead Hotel in Atlanta, GA. The theme for the conference is “Striving for Excellence”.

The FAPAC’s Annual Training Conference qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41. The training is open to Federal employees and will provide training and workshops in such areas as Interviewing Techniques, Diversity in the Federal Workplace, Navigating the EEO Process, and Veterans and Disability Forums.

Federal employees and managers are encouraged to review additional conference and training information when deciding to participate, such as course descriptions, costs, and schedules, at the following website http://www.fapac.org.

Agencies are reminded that reporting of training is governed by 5 CFR 410. A copy of this regulation may be found at http://ecfr.gpoaccess.gov/cgi/t/text/text-idx?c=ecfr&tpl=/ecfrbrowse/Title05/5cfr410_main_02.tpl.
