The American Association for Affirmative Action (AAAA) will hold its 38th National Conference The American Association for Affirmative Action's National Conference and Annual Meeting and Annual Meeting June 13-15, 2012, in Washington, DC. The theme for this conference is "The Fierce Urgency of Now: The Economic Case for EEO, Affirmative Action, and Diversity," and the agenda is focused on addressing vital diversity issues impacting the Federal Government today.
The AAAA National Conference qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41. This event is open to all Federal employees and will feature training and workshops in areas such as Affirmative Action and Diversity, Supporting Disability in the Workplace, Bullying and Discrimination, and Pay Equity Enforcement.
