Innovations in Measurement Science: FY13 Projects

Purpose:

colloquim imageThe NIST Innovations in Measurement Science (IMS) Program - formerly called Competence - provides funds to explore high-risk, leading-edge research concepts that anticipate future measurement and standards needs of industry and science. The IMS program has enabled some of the most significant breakthroughs in measurement science at NIST, and has helped us maintain our stature as the world's premier measurement science laboratory. This special seminar is an opportunity for you to hear about these exciting research projects directly from the teams selected during this year's IMS submission process.

Anyone outside NIST wishing to attend must be sponsored by a NIST employee and receive a visitor badge. For more information, contact Stephanie Shaw at 301-975-2667. Colloquia are videotaped and available in the NIST Research Library.
