GSA and the design-build team of Gilbane Building Company/NBBJ delivered the sustainable new U.S. Courthouse to Bakersfield $2 million under budget and in 31 months. Officials and community leaders marked its opening on September 28, 2012.
GSA completed this high-impact, low-cost lane expansion project in time for the start of the agricultural season, one of the busiest times of the year for this San Luis, Arizona - Sonora, Mexico crossing.

The ribbon cutting on July 24, 2012 marked the culmination of a partnership between Naval Base Guam, Andersen Air Force Base, NISH and GSA, as well as the contract vendor Pacific Ability Resources, Inc. (PARI) in establishing GSA ServMarts in Guam.
