Center for Innovative Acquisition Development

The Center for Innovative Acquisition Development (CIAD) is to provide a broad spectrum of professional services and acquisition solutions to its customers within the federal government. CIAD specializes in the service areas of finance, strategic sourcing, and emergency preparedness and response recovery contracting. 

Procurement professionals design and implement a variety of procurement vehicles, from Multiple Award Schedules (MAS), to blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) that provide the federal community with direct access to industry experts and help to streamline the whole federal procurement process. 

Under the following program, the CIAD has contracted with small business and 8(a) firms, as well as nationally recognized leaders in their fields. Comprehensive, yet flexible, GSA Schedules and BPAs are designed to assist government customers to achieve their goals.
