State Tax Exemption Forms Overview

GSA's Federal Acquisition Service's SmartPay office, specifically the Office of Charge Card Management, is responsible for providing the most current federal tax information submitted by the states. The letters submitted on the GSA SmartPay website will highlight all of the exemptions if available for the GSA SmartPay charge cards.
