GSA to Contact Recovery Act Prime Recipients

Outreach Call Center Update as of March 28, 2011

In accordance with the OMB memo (OMB M-09-30) dated September 11, 2009, “Improving Recovery Act Recipient Reporting”, the GSA Recovery PMO in coordination with the Office of Acquisition Management has established a GSA Recipient Reporting Outreach Call Center to support and monitor the recipient reporting process. The GSA Outreach Call Center is used to contact Prime Recipients for registration, reporting and data quality support during the reporting period. Recipients may also be contacted by the Outreach Call Center during the continuous quality assurance period for data quality improvements.

The purpose of the Outreach Call Center is to confirm that Prime Recipients:

  1. Understand their reporting responsibilities and deadlines;
  2. Are registered on FederalReporting.gov;
  3. Receive the GSA Recipient Reporting Guidance and pre-populated Microsoft Excel templates as referenced in the attached Guidance documents; and,
  4. Receive assistance with recipient reporting related questions.

Recipients can call 1-866-PBS-VEND with questions related to the Recovery Act
