GSA offers its employees a wide range of benefits. We offer a variety of health insurance plans including dental and vision coverage. Employees can also enroll in a Flexible Spending Account which enables them to set aside pre-tax funds to pay for a wide range of common, out of pocket health and dependent care expenses. Our retirement plan outpaces the private sector. And, to help employees set aside additional money for retirement, they can enroll in the Thrift Savings Plan which functions similar to a 401k. With so many benefits, it's no surprise that we're sought after by many as their employer of choice.
