A GSA building in downtown Chicago is part of "Color Jam," an outdoor art exhibit created from 76,000 square feet of multi-colored vinyl and paint covering the buildings, streets, and sidewalks at the intersection of State and Adams.
Milton Glaser's rainbow-colored mural, which enwraps the base of the Minton-Capehart Federal Building, Indianapolis, received a complete repainting and make-over of it's pulsating illumination system this summer.

The remaining 18 buildings of this sprawling federal center in Battle Creek, Mich., were added to the historic buildings list in May, joining four other H-D-I buildings already on register. The H-D-I complex was once the Battle Creek Sanitarium, birthplace of Kellogg's cereal.
