Federal Property Part of Chicago's 'Color Jam'

A GSA building in downtown Chicago is part of "Color Jam," an outdoor art exhibit created from 76,000 square feet of multi-colored vinyl and paint covering the buildings, streets, and sidewalks at the intersection of State and Adams.
