USAID Deputy Administrator Donald Steinberg and Senior USAID Officials Hold Events at the UN Conference on Sustainable Development

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil – United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Deputy Administrator Donald Steinberg and other senior USAID officials will host a series of events at the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development, also known as Rio+20.  The events will take place June 19-22 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  The purpose of the series is to highlight progress being made promoting sustainable development around the world.

USAID Chief Innovation Officer Maura O’Neill, Assistant to the Administrator for Policy, Planning, and Learning Susan Reichle, Global Climate Change Coordinator Kit Batten, and Environment and Climate Change Policy Advisor Genevieve Maricle will also travel to Rio and participate in the discussions.
