Summary

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Division of Contracts Management (DCM) is soliciting proposals for Knowledge Transfer (KT) and Implementation. AHRQ's KT/Implementation program is intended to accelerate the dissemination and implementation of AHRQ's evidence-based products, tools, and research findings into the health care system.

It is anticipated that multiple contracts will be awarded from this solicitation with a single contract estimated to have a maximum budget of $500,000. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Performance-Based Service Contract (PBSC) is contemplated for a 15-month base period and 4 one-year options.

At least one award will be set aside for small businesses, contingent upon submission of an acceptable technical and cost proposal AND the Government determines it to be in their best interests to make such an award.

It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Web sites where the RFP will be posted to learn about any amendments to the solicitation.
