NIST’s FISMA Team Receives AFFIRM Leadership Award

The Association for Federal Information Resources Management (AFFIRM) recently awarded a team of NIST employees the Leadership in Service to the Government IT Community award for its outstanding achievements in developing a suite of security standards and guidelines in support of the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). Team members include Curt Barker, Joan Hash, Peggy Himes, Arnold Johnson, Stu Katzke, Ron Ross, Ray Snouffer, Marianne Swanson and Pat Toth.
