About Realistic Job Previews (RJPs)
- RJPs areRealistic Job Previews (RJPs) are designed to present a balanced view of both the rewards and demands of child welfare positions in order to align the goals and expectations of applicants with the requirements of child welfare work. - States develop their own RJPs toStates develop their own RJPs to present the unique aspects of their child welfare agency, available positions, geography, and client populations. RJP videos and related materials can be used at a number of different points in the hiring process, including before candidates apply, during the screening and interviewing process, and after an applicant has been hired.
