Launching in the summer of 2012, Museums Count is the first national, Web-based census of the museum field.

What can your institution accomplish by participating in Museums Count?

• Demonstrate the incredible breadth and variety of museum services across the country.
• Develop detailed charts, graphs, maps, and other data reports to supply to your stakeholders.
• Compare your institution’s data with those of other museums across the state or the country.
• Help build a national resource for researchers, museum associations, and the general public.
