Is eMentoring right for you?

Requirements to be a Protégé:

An individual who is:

Pursuing a degree or post doctoral training in science-related fields, or an early career faculty member conducting research in a HLB-related scientific discipline.
Currently enrolled as a community college or undergraduate student; post baccalaureate or graduate student; post doc; or non-tenured faculty member.
Willing to maintain a mentoring relationship and exchange eMail messages regularly with a Mentor over an 8-month period.
An additional “formal” 8-month eMentoring period can be re-established with the concurrence of both the Mentor and Protégé by contacting the eMentoring team (eMentoring@nhlbi.nih.gov).

A protégé must have regular access to eMail.
