Grantees - Since 2005, the Health Promotion Disease Prevention program has funded local programs to develop programs that reduce overweight/obesity, commercial tobacco use, and excessive and underage alcohol consumption.  These conditions represent the leading causes of preventable death in the US.  Find out more about these grantees and where they are on our Google Map.


Healthy Natives Community Fellowship - The Healthy Native Community Fellowship, is supported by Indian Health Service, and trains local teams of up to 3 persons to address local communities.
