Gregory M. Mecher — Deputy Chief of Staff and White House Liaison
Gregory M. Mecher was appointed Deputy Chief of Staff of the U.S. General Services Administration in September 2012. Mecher came to GSA in July of 2011 when he was appointed as the White House Liaison.
Before coming to work for GSA, Mecher served in various capacities to multiple members of the U.S. House of Representatives, most recently as Chief of Staff to former Congressman Steve Driehaus of Ohio.
Mecher is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University and is working toward his Master’s Degree in National Security from the United States Naval War College.
