Workplans: A Program Management Tool
Implementation: Team Members Responsible

The second part of Implementation is Part 7 of the workplan development process, Team Members Responsible.

At this point, you need to determine which team members are going to do all of the things you have mapped out in your workplan. In other words, determine which team members are responsible for the each task involved.

Questions that should be considered are—

  • Who is the appropriate team member to complete this task?
  • Given the other activities you are planning, will this person be available to complete this task?

The final phase of the workplan development process is monitoring program progress. We do that through Progress Report, Part 8.
