FedRooms provides Federal Travel Regulation (FTR)-compliant hotel rooms for federal government travelers while on official business. Some of the benefits of the program include:

  no add-on fees;
• Policy compliant hotels: Fire safe/FEMA-certified and ADA-compliant;
• Flexibility: Cancellation deadline is 4:00 p.m. or later (in the U.S.) on date of arrival; many hotels offer last standard room available rates; no early departure fees;
• Simple Reservations: Can be made through DTS, E2, FedTraveler, GovTrip, your agency's travel agent, and www.fedrooms.com when approved by your travel policy;  
• The FedRooms rate code of XVU must be reserved to get the program's rates and benefits;
• Built tough: Dynamic hotel auditing to ensure the integrity of the programs' rates and benefits; and,

The FedRooms booking site has improved and now features enhancements requested by frequent government travelers! Federal travelers can now:

• Store profile information;
• Modify and cancel reservations; and
• Reserve up to three rooms in one booking.
